Below is all the back-to-school school information you need to know for Fairfax Academy.

Please note: Fairfax Academy needs updated forms each year for each student. 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR FAIRFAX ACADEMY: 

2024-2025 Information Packet includes information about attendance, transportation, logistics, an events calendar, and more.

FORMS FOR DRIVERS & CARPOOLERS:

Students who drive to Academy need an Academy parking permit (even if they have one at their base school). Any student who is coming to Academy from another school in a private vehicle (drivers and carpoolers) need to file a Parking & Carpool Form and an Emergency Care Form.
