Below is all the back-to-school school information you need to know for Fairfax Academy.

Please note: Fairfax Academy needs updated forms each year for each student. 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR FAIRFAX ACADEMY: 

REQUIRED FORMS FOR FAIRFAX ACADEMY STUDENTS:

Each student should have a completed forms packet each year. This packet contains an Academy agreement for all students, a transportation plan for commuter students (who come to Academy by shuttle or private vehicle), and a parking tag application for students who drive to Academy. 

Forms can be brought to school on the student’s first day, mailed to our office at the address below, or scanned and emailed to Administrative Assistant, Ms. Tarvid at [email protected]. Please do not send pictures of forms.
